RNA thermometer (ROSE 27C)

An [http://2008.igem.org/Team:TUDelft/Temperature_analysis#RNA_thermometer RNA thermometer] of which the temperature sensitive hairpin (the one at the right in the figure) is destabilized so that the hairpin will melt at a lower temperature, causing the translation to initiate at a lower temperature.
