Pre-Ost1-pro-α-factor signal 3HA GLCI

Pre-Ost1-pro-alfa-factor signal promotes translocation to the ER during translation. Arthrobacter sp. YCWD3 glcI gene for beta-1,3-glucanase, complete cds. Codon optimised for expression in S. cerevisiae. This glucanase is a part of Zymolyaze.
