The linker BBa_K3117004 consists of four repeats of four times glycin and one time serin. (Gly4Ser)4 linker is one of the most widely used flexible linker that can sustain the bioactivity of fusion proteins. It was used by the team FAU_Erlangen, 2019, to create a bispecific antibody targeting GPA33 on colorectal cancer cells and CD3 on T cells (BBa_K3117029, BBa_K3117026, BBa_K3117030).
