toluene dihydrodiol dehydrogenase(TodD) in P.putida

toluene dihydrodiol dehydrogenase(TodD) is identified in Pseudomonas putida, which catalyze the dehydrogenation process of of cis-hexadecylbenzene dihydrodiol to urushiol. TodD has a size of 30 kDa, we synthesized it via E.coli, and identified by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. However, since the concentration of TodD was low, we construct a model on the expression of this particular protein, and tried to find the optimum.
