Design Notes

TARS sequence was designed according to reference 1.

LVA sequence was designed according to reference 2.

PCR using primers with biobrick prefix and surfix, and then cloned into pSB1AC3.

Source

CheZ was cloned from E.coli K12 DH10B genome(reference 3).

LacI operator and T7 terminator was cloned from pET-15b(Novagen).
