What is it?: A basic part; it is a reporter and allows for visualization of gene expression.

What does it do?: This reporter was put in our genetic circuits to identify successfully transfected HEK cells.

How to use it?: This part was used in Type IIS Cloning when we made our composite parts and transfected into HEKs. See more on the Parts Overview Page or MIT iGEM 2019 wiki: (https://2019.igem.org/Team:MIT/Parts).

This part is extremely similar, but not identical to BBa_K1316000 (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1316000 )
