Terminator for Lactobacillus spp

  • The in silico sequence was obtained from the Duong et al (2010) where they tested this Rho-independent terminator and the K2978211 terminator.

This terminator was modified by adding an adenine in the position 26 of the terminator, because it could not be synthesized by its cluster of the same nucleic acids.
