TRE, CCL5

Contents: TRE promoter with CCL5 Gene, Carb resistance What is it?: A Composite part; we call it a pL1 What does it do?: It codes for the chemokine, CCL5, which is involved in immune response. It was important for our project in particular because of its involvement in the immune system and is known to signal chemotaxis of T-cells. How to use it?: This part was created with Type IIS Cloning and transfected into HEKs. We tested it with Jurkats.
