YFP - Yellow fluorescent protein for detection

Yellow fluorescent protein mVenus for in vivo detection of proteins in C. reinhardtii or its surroundings. The YFP mVenus has an excitation peak at 515 nm and an emission peak at 528 nm (Kremers et al. 2006)
