SP20 Glycomodule for enhancement of secretion in C. reinhardtii

It has previously been shown that the fusion of a glycomodule at the C-terminal end of a protein enhances the secretion up to 12-fold and also increases the proteolytic protein stability (Ramos-Martinez et al., 2017). A tandem serine and proline of 20 repeats (SP20) module was therefore created.
