Improved RBS

This sequence is part of a composite part (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2943902) that aims to improve an existing composite part (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K608014). This sequence is based on the RBS (https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_B0032) with several mutations inside and includes also base inserts that increase the Shine Dalgarno sequence length in order to optimize the expression of the mRFP in the composite part.
