AraC-Pc-pBAD-LacI-B0034-TP901-T500-T1/TE-MicCsRNA-sRNA Binding site-PA1/O4

Alternative version of BBa_K3202048, sfGFP is replaced by recombinase TP901

In former studies, we find out that AraC-Pc-pBAD-LacI system can provide the most rigorous results. Therefore, we created the first bistable system in our design by repLacIng sfGFP with recombinases.
