eGFP

enhanced green-fluorescent protein codon optimised for Pichia pastoris without start-codon

Usage

eGFP was used as a reporter gene for assessing recombinant protein expression in P. pastoris. For this purpose, C-terminal fusions were created. Examples for this usage are the Parts BBa_K3105677 and BBa_K3105680.
