BsracE200 - Bicistronic containing RBS200 to stabilize gene expression.


Usage and Biology

The bicistronic has a translational coupling effect. Using bicistronics can stabilize the expression of the target gene.In order to more precisely regulate the activity of the racE gene, our team worked with the master in our lab to further stabilize the expression of the racE gene by using the bicistronic system.
