DNLS-NS5B

RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) is an enzyme that replicates RNA using RNA as a template. This enzyme is important for viruses that lack DNA components and synthesize new RNA genomes through RNA. Because it has no functional similarities in human cells, this makes the inhibitor of NS5B highly selective, so it can be used as an excellent antiviral drug target. In DNLS-NS5B, we added two repeating nuclear localization sequences to help localize proteins into the nucleus
