This part is composed of the AR promoter (BBa_K2984009), a B2-B2 linker (BBa_K2984034), the PETase enzyme (), a YFP-mVenus marker (BBa_K2984020) and the Rbcs2 terminator (BBa_K2984018). The part can be used to express PETase enzyme with a YFP marker in C. reinhardtii. The YFP-mVenus tag can be used to detect the expression of the PETase.
