This sequence is a fusion of the parts <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3002029">BBa_K3002029</a> and <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3002005">BBa_K3002005</a>, which were created in order to synthesize the codon-optimized MHETase gene.
