IL12 FLAG-tag (Codon Optimized)

Interleukin 12 (IL-12) is an interleukin (a group of cytokines) that is naturally produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and human B-lymphoblastoid cells which can be used to reduce the tumour size. Codon optimisation was done using Twist Codon optimisation tool.
