T7-RBS-MDH-Ter

This T7-RBS-MDH-ter composite part is made of the MDH enzyme allowing the reversible oxidation of malate oxaloacetate. This reaction is coupled with an NAD+ reduction, generating electrons that will be used to generate an electrical current.

This construct is enriched with T7 promoter, RBS, and terminator.
