Design Notes

miniSOG is isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana. Sequence was taken from FPBase (ID: ZZHSE) and then optimised for E. coli expression. Two illegal PstI sites removed from 44-Q and 95-Q (CAG to CAA). 15aa targeting peptide was chosen based on work by Cassidy-Amstutz et al, 2016.
