Guanine inactif aptazyme

An aptazyme is an aptamer-ribozyme combination with intrinsic RNA cleavage activity. This aptazyme is specific for guanine and guanosine ligands. It is composed of 3 different parts: a ribozyme module, a communication module, and an aptamer module. This sequence corresponds to inactive aptazyme: the ribozyme module is mutated and the aptazyme lost self-cleavage capability. iGEM Strasbourg 2019 used it as a negative control for the part: BBa_K2923003
