Design Notes
The MHETase gene was splitted into two pieces in order to codon-optimize it for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. BBa_K3002005 is the first part of the MHETase and BBa_K3002029 is the second part. Additionally, this part is compatible with Phytobricks /MoClo parts.
