Design Notes
The MHETase gene was splitted into two pieces in order to codon-optimize it for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3002005">BBa_K3002005</a> is the first part of the MHETase and <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3002029">BBa_K3002029</a> is the second part. Additionally, this part is compatible with Phytobricks /MoClo parts.
