T7-RBS-ACS operon-Ter

This T7-ACS operon-ter composite is composed of ACS operon part (BBa_K3102013) composed of three genes: actP (Transports acetate) acs (catalyzes the conversion of acetate into acetyl-CoA) and yfcH (epimerase)[Gimenez R et al., 2003]. This part is useful to increase the overexpression of a ACS and transport of the acetate. This composite is useful to increase the overexpression of the operon and thus, the uptake of acetate into the cell to metabolize it into other substrates.


This constructs is enriched with primer, T7 promoters, RBS and terminator.
