Design Notes

We modified the original biobrick BBa_K567018 because the strain we used (Eschericia coli C321.deltaA.exp) lacked the T7. T7 ribosome is only present in two E. coli strains, and neither of them cannot be efficiently used to incorporate any noncanonical amino acids in TAG codon. Also we decided to add this as a part because the original biobrick we got from the distribution 2019 plate was not what it should have been.

This is modified from the biobrick BBa_K567018. The original team had not included that vast information of the part, but by comparing the sequence of the RFP to the RFP in the competent cell test kit we are quite sure they are the same (mRFP1).
