Design Notes

QnrS1 is one of the ciprofloxacin resistance genes and it encodes pentapeptide duplicates of about 200 amino acids. J23119 is the strongest one of the constitutive promoter family. We conbime these parts together to enhance the CIP resistance of our engineered E.coil DH5α.
