Ribosomal Binding Site functional in both gram positives and gram negatives

Usage and Biology

This ribosomal binding site has been made by the use of the RBS calculator 2.0 by Sen Yang et al. This RBS functions both in gram negative (E. coli) and gram positive (B. subtilis).
This part has been designed with Modular Cloning compatible overhangs (TACT - AATG). It makes use of the TypeIIs BsaI enzyme. Sequence and Features
