Applications of BBa_K3064009
In our project, this part is linked with glucagon. Glucagon binds to glucagon receptor(GCGR), Fc domain recruits the TRIM21, leading to the final degradation of GCGR.In addition, based on the fact that Fc domain can bind to various cell receptors and complement proteins,this part may have potential use in some projects relative to immune system.
