A fusion protein composed of thioredoxin BBa_K2382004 and FGDBBa_K2382002(F420-dependent glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase). We also call this part the "Synthetic FGD" in order to make a distinction with the original FGD from Australia. Between the two small proteins are flexible linkers.

Hemagglutinin is is a homotrimericglycoprotein found on the surface of influenza viruses and integral to its infectivity. This part contains the sequence of the hemagglutinin protein of Influenza A virus (A/WSN/1933 TS61(H1N1) obtained from NCBI GenBank(CY010788.1).
