Here are results from a Genetics class at Missouri Western State University, taught by Todd Eckdahl. Students used mFold to design structures that might serve as transcriptional terminators (TT) for E. coli RNA polymerase. If the TT worked, then the cells would not produce much RFP. IF the TT was weak, then the cells would produce a lot of RFP.
