TM1 - pTac Tm control

This promoter is a control that can be used in experiments involving experimental promoters with high melting temperatures. The promoter is surrounded by and includes a high GC content, comparable to that of an i-motif an/or G-quadruplex forming sequence. This allows for it to be compared to expression by i-motif or G-quadruplex forming promoters.
