DENV3 E (Envelope Protein | Dengue Virus Serotype III)

Usage and Biology

Flavivirus Envelope (E) is a structural protein responsible for gathering the viral RNA into a nucleocapsid that forms the core of a mature virus particle.

Characterization

The sequence is derived from native dengue virus and optimized for Homo Sapiens using IDT Codon Optimization Tool. Our team checked the sequence length of synthesized oligo DNA and characterized it.

Figure 1: Result of the Electrophoresis (Marker: lambda HindIII)

As shown in Figure 1, the band of DENV3 E come around 1,500 bp. The actual length is 1479 bp.

Analysis

Our team successfully validated that the sequence of DENV3 E was synthesized.
