DENV4 E (Envelope Protein | Dengue Virus Serotype IV)

Usage and Biology

Flavivirus Envelope (E) is a structural protein responsible for gathering the viral RNA into a nucleocapsid that forms the core of a mature virus particle.

Characterization

The sequence is derived from native dengue virus and optimized for Homo Sapiens using IDT Codon Optimization Tool. Our team checked the sequence length of synthesized oligo DNA and characterized it.

Figure 1: Result of the Electrophoresis (Marker: lambda HindIII)

As shown in Figure 1, the band of DENV4 E come around 1,500 bp. The actual length is 1485 bp.

Analysis

Our team successfully validated that the sequence of DENV4 E was synthesized.
