trzC_opt

trzC is coding for the ammelide aminohydrolase, which cleaves the amino group from ammelide to convert it to cyanuric Acid (cyanurate). It could be used as the third step of the melamin degradation as descriped in Shaw at al., 2016. The sequence is codon optimized for use as a biobrick standard part.
