Applications of BBa_K2717009

In our lab, the basic fluorescent intensity of GFP and mCherry is inconsistent. Therefore，we separately design this part to correct our fluorescent data in TGATG experimental group （BBa_K2717008） and Control group 2（BBa_K2717016）.
