pLas' Testing Construct B

This part contains a constitutively active promoter, rbs, and LuxR coding region followed by the pLas' promoter and GFP. K091148 generates the LuxR necessary for for testing Lux quorum sensing crosstalk with the pLas' promoter in the presence of AI-1.
