Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase (NDK) in pSB1C3

Nucleoside diphosphae kinase (NDK) is responsible for the catalysis of the exchange of a phosphate group between nucleoside diphosphates (NDP) and nucleoside triphosphates (NTP) [1]. This part is codon optimized for use in E.coli , has a N-terminal his tag and has a T7 promoter, medium strength RBS and double terminator. This part was originally designed by the 2017 Lethbridge team (http://2017.igem.org/Team:Lethbridge).

This part was improved by placing it into the pSB1C3 plasmid.
