pCspA-spisPink

This composite part features the regulatory part promoter CspA (BBa_K2610036) and the chromoprotein spisPink(BBa_K1033932). It can be used to visualize upregulation or downregulation of CspA. CspA, or cold shock protein A, binds to the CAAT-containing regions of cold-inducible promoters of the H-NS and GyrA proteins.
