DecS134C codon optimized for E.coli

DecS134C is a mutated form of a protein originally from the phage L genome. It forms a trimer dimer when presented with protein nanocompartments as seen in previous literature [Uchida et al., 2015]. This part is optimized for expression in E.coli and has a his tag on the N-terminus.
