Coding sequence for trunctated Lysostaphin

This biobrick contains the coding domain for truncated lysostaphin. Lysostaphin targets the cell wall peptidoglycan found in certain Staphylococci by cleaving its cross-linking pentaglycine bridges. Among others, it is effective for degrading S. aureus biofilm.
