pBAD-RBS-sfGFP
This is BBa_K2555003 which used to test value of CueR used in BBa_K2555003. The plasmid including araC, araBAD promoter, RBS, and superfolder GFP. When the Ara enter the part, it will combined with araC, which active araBAD combining with RBS to produce CueR. Then the super folder GFP will generate a certain amount of fluorescence, which can be easily observed. Through this way, we can know the amount of CueR generated.
