AtAAE3 coding sequence (yeast optimized) for oxalate catabolism

This part codes an oxalyl-CoA synthetase from Arabidopsis thaliana, with a HIS Tag at the end. This enzyme catabolizes oxalate to oxalyl-CoA, which is the first step in the pathway for total oxalate catabolism. This part contains the coding sequence for AtAAE3, with codons optimized for usage in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Combine this part with a promoter, Kozak consensus sequence, and a polyA tail. The coding sequence already contains a 6x HIS tag. The sequence for the AtAAE3 gene was derived from the European Nucleotide Archive via UniProtKB (UniProtKB Entry: Q9SMT7). The actual sequence was submitted by Salanoubat et al.
