Part:BBa_J100400:Experience

J100400 combined pClone mScarlet (100397) with a promoter discovered in Bio113 lab by the "blue" lab group (J100371). Measure of relative Fluorescence. The red bars are pClone RFP samples, and the pink bars are mScarlet samples. Experiment 3 has two RFP bars because the DNA was taken from two separate freezer stocks. Error bars are standard deviation from 3 reads of the same overnight culture. RFP was measured using 585 nm (ex) and 615 nm (em). mScarlet was measured with 569 nm (ex) and 594 nm (em). Absorbance was 600 nm. Relative fluorescence was calculated by dividing fluorescence by absorbance values.
