Modified Yeast Serotonin Receptor

The purpose of this plasmid is to express the human serotonin receptor (5HT1A) in yeast cells. There is a histidine tag on the extracellular side to test for correct membrane expression of the receptor in yeast cells. This is expressed under a galactose-inducible promoter, followed by a yeast Kozak sequence (pGal) for translation. It's terminated by a Cyc1 terminator.
