PcpcG2-gRNA (light-control cell replication inhibitor)

It’s a gRNA sequence containing a light-induced promoter, 20bp targeting at oriC and a full-length gRNA scaffold. It's function is blocking the replication initiation.


Its function is proved by OD measurement.
