Design Notes

This biosensor was built using the Psicose Biosensor pPsiA-PsiR from Agrobacterium tumefaciens (BBa_K2448025) to which we added downstream the D-Psicose-3-Epimerase from C. cellulolyticum (BBa_K2448021).
