    2017 Jilin_China built a phenolic compounds detecting and degrading system based on part BBa K1031211. Wild type DmpR from part BBa K1031211 can function as a phenol sensor, and we found a mutant type DmpR. The sensitivity and efficiency have been improved with mutant type DmpR.
