Design Notes

Theoretically, thioredoxin (BBa_K2382004)could help protein folding in the cell, thus,we combined the FGD(BBa_K2382002) and thioredoxin together to make a new fusion protein. The two glycine between the linker and FGD are designed for a better flexibility.
