Reverse RBS

DNA is double-stranded. To translate genes of both strands, you need RBSs in both strands. This part is a reverse complement version of rbs BBa_B0034. It has also been shortened by a couple of bases, since the usual abbreviated prefix for coding sequences won't work in the reverse orientation.
