Design Notes

  • Note that if you are using a repressor to regulate the integrase, make sure there are already repressors accumulated in the cell to prevent integrase from expressing.
  • An attB/P site follwing after a promoter may reduce experssion.
  • This part has a 6×His tag and a thrombin site, and mutated to be RFC10 compatible.
